Our interviewers receive regular briefings in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Our extensive interviewer network includes skilled mystery shoppers, auditors, and recruiters specialising in qualitative solutions. We keep daily contact with our interviewers.
Our Mystery Shoppers can record their interviews, they can take photographs, and they can be tracked using GPS location services. Electronic data acquisition is managed using the QPSMR and ANQUETO platforms. The output can be delivered in SPSS, ASCII or MS Excel.
We also offer online reporting on request.
